Welcome to the page for all things related to time off from Speck. Any questions or concerns should be directed to your manager/supervisor or Human Resources.
Personal Time Off – Leave is awarded annually in January. Leave amount is based on years worked at Speck Pumps. Every 3rd year employees are awarded an extra 8 hours to their bank of hours.
Time off for a death in your family – Employees may take up to 3 days leave with pay for the death of an immediate family member, 1 day of pay for the death of all other family members.
Jury Duty – Should you be called for Jury Duty: request the initial day off, provide a copy of your summons and Speck Pumps will pay you for 1 day away from work. Should you need additional time away – schedule with your manager/supervisor. Use of your leave will be required for additional days away from work.
Requesting time off – It is the employee’s responsibility to submit requests via the Paycor system in advance of needing time off.
