999# to Access Voicemail

To transfer a call to another extension:  While you have the caller on the phone (not on hold), press the XFER button (bottom of screen), dial the three digit extension you want to transfer to, and then wait for that person to pick up, once they’ve picked up, press XFER again.

To transfer a caller directly to voicemail, press XFER then *4 then the three digit extension number followed by # and XFER
